Escondido, Calif.-based enXco Service Corp., an EDF Energies Nouvelles Co., has hired Keith Smith as new business manager in Dallas. Smith brings to enXco 27 years of experience in the electric utility industry. His primary role will be to focus on expanding enXco's operations and maintenance business in Texas and surrounding states.
Prior to joining enXco, Smith was a consultant for Electro Cycles LLC, where he provided technical consultation and expert witness services to the legal community in the area of electric utility disputes.
Smith has a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri School of Mines and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is also a licensed professional engineer and a commercial pilot.
