enXco, an EDF Energies Nouvelles company, announced the addition of Robert F. Miller as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Miller brings over 24 years of legal experience with a special emphasis in construction and project finance for energy projects.
Prior to joining enXco, he served as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of NextLight Renewable Power LLC. During his tenure, the company secured 570 MW under power purchase agreements and over 3,487 MW in early development. He also guided the company's legal efforts to establish site control of numerous projects sites throughout the Southwest.
