In support of RMT Inc.'s expanded services to the federal market, the company has named Bruce Iverson its new director of business development for federal renewable energy. In this role, Iverson will be working closely with RMT's federal team to lead sales efforts and secure federally funded projects for the full suite of RMT's renewable energy services, including consulting, development, and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC).
Iverson has worked on wind and solar projects for RMT's renewable energy unit since 2006. Most recently, he served as director of engineering management, where he managed engineering managers on EPC projects.
In addition to his renewable energy experience, Iverson has over 10 years of experience working in the federal market as the task order manager for the Savanna Army Depot Activity installation. He also worked on the Jefferson Proving Ground installation for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers under the Louisville-Total Environmental Restoration Contract.
