REpower Systems SE has announced that its chief financial officer, Derrick Noe, has resigned from the company's executive board of directors, effective immediately.
According to REpower, Noe had ‘different views on the company's future business strategy.’ Parent company Suzlon says it will not comment further on any rumors or speculation regarding Noe's resignation.
