Per Hornung Pedersen, chief market officer (CMO) at REpower Systems AG, is resigning his seat on the executive board and will leave the company, effective March 31.
A member of REpower Systems' executive board since January 2008, he began as CEO. Since July 1, 2010, he has been focusing on the fields of business development, sales and marketing, key account management, contractual risk management and government relations in the newly created position of CMO.
Andreas Nauen, REpower's CEO will assume Pedersen's responsibilities, such as sales and marketing. The executive board will be reduced from five to four members as of April 1.Â
