REpower Systems AG has extended the appointment of Per Hornung Pedersen as a member of the executive board and has elected him chairman and chief business development officer. In addition, the appointments of Matthias Schubert and Lars Rytter Kristensen were extended.
Per Hornung Pedersen has been CEO of REpower since January 2008. His appointment as chairman of the executive board extends until March 31, 2012.
The appointment of Kristensen, who has been chief supply chain officer since April 2008, was also extended until March 31, 2012.
Matthias Schubert has been a member of the REpower's executive board as chief technical officer since 2001. His contract has a term of three years.
