Kimberly E. Diamond has joined law firm Drinker Biddle & Reath as a senior attorney in the firm's New York City office.
According to the law firm, Diamond blends complex financing experience with next-generation energy knowledge. Her experience includes representing private developers and property owners, as well as nonprofit organizations in solar and other renewable energy project financings.
Within the renewable energy and energy policy areas, she serves as co-chair of the American Bar Association's (ABA) Special Committee on Congressional Relations and is immediate past co-chair of the ABA's Renewable, Alternative and Distributed Energy Resources Committee in the Section of Environment, Energy and Resources.
Previously, Diamond practiced in the securitization and finance groups at major law firms and served as in-house counsel at Credit Suisse, a global investment bank, where she covered the fixed-income desk.
