The board of directors at PPM Energy, a subsidiary of Iberdrola, has approved two changes to its management team.
The board named Martin Mugica, who is head of Iberdrola's renewable energy businesses in the U.S., PPM's senior vice president of renewable energy. Pablo Canales, head of finance for Iberdrola's renewable energy businesses in the U.S., was named senior vice president and chief financial officer of PPM.
According to the company, these moves are intended to avoid overlaps of functions and facilitate PPM's integration in the Iberdrola Group.
