Power Climber Wind, a division of SafeWorks LLC, has introduced the newest version of its Turbine Service Lift.
Driven by a hoist with integrated over-speed and slack rope safety devices, the service lift features a 70-feet-per-minute travel speed, according to Power Climber Wind. It also includes solid-state electronics with active fault monitoring and an active system status display.
According to Power Climber Wind, the new service lift increases operator awareness and control, as well as enables remote fault monitoring and preventative-maintenance alerts.
