Chaksa, Minn.-based Outland Renewable Energy LLC has announced the promotion of Brent Bergland to the position of senior vice president of development, engineering and construction.
‘In a very short period of time, Brent has established himself as a respected leader in our dynamic, growing organization,’ says Jim Wavle, president of Outland. ‘Leading our project development team is a natural fit given his deep experience with project management, engineering and construction.’
Bergland joined Outland in January. He spent the previous 13 years with Mortenson Construction. In his most recent position as the director of business development, Bergland led the company's market and customer strategic positioning for its wind power engineering, procurement and construction business.
