Outland Energy Services has announced that Steve Scott has assumed the role of president and CEO and that Cam Winton has been promoted to vice president and general counsel.
Under Scott's leadership, the company has grown to 160 employees. The company has also obtained globally recognized International Standard Organization and Occupational Health & Safety Advisory Services certifications for management of quality, safety and environmental impact, and has opened satellite offices in Guymon, Okla., and Mendota Heights, Minn.
Before joining Outland in 2009, Winton represented Fortune 100 companies as an attorney in Minneapolis.
