NRG Systems, a manufacturer of measurement systems for the renewable energy industry, says it has expanded its line of turbine control sensors with the introduction of its Classic #20H and #40H turbine control sensors.
Built on the same platform as NRG Systems' #200P vane and #40 anemometer used in resource assessment, the Classic turbine control sensors are ideal for non-icing conditions, the company says.
The unheated sensors interface with a wide range of programmable logic controllers and data loggers. The Classic #20H turbine control vane features a 4-20 mA current loop interface that is easily integrated into existing wind turbine controllers, NRG notes.
