Barre, Vt.-based Northern Power Systems Inc. has appointed James C. Shay chief financial officer (CFO). The appointment is part of Northern's transformation into a major commercial force in the wind power industry.
Shay brings 25 years of senior management experience from GE, BHA Group Holdings and Frontier Investment Banc Corp. In his most recent position, he was senior vice president and CFO at BHA Group Holdings.
