Jurgen Zeschky, CEO of German wind turbine maker Nordex SE, has informed the company's supervisory board that he intends to leave the company for personal reasons.
Nordex says that together with his fellow management board members, Lars Bondo Krogsgaard and Bernard Schaferbarthold, Zeschky has shaped and driven the company's strong performance over the last years.
The company says its organizational structures will be realigned starting June 1: The future activities of Nordex will be led by Krogsgaard, hitherto chief customer officer, as CEO, and Schaferbarthold, who will continue his role as chief financial officer in the management board.
At the same time, the company will establish an executive committee, which will comprise the two management board members and executives from various core corporate functions. Chaired by Krogsgaard, the committee will be responsible for strategic matters, as well as specific project and operational tasks of overriding importance, adds Nordex.
