National Wind LLC, based in Minneapolis, has named Terry Lynner to its board of directors. Lynner brings to the position more than 20 years of experience in securities law and investment banking.
Lynner currently serves as a managing director of Lazard Middle Market, formerly Goldsmith Agio Helms. Previously, he was a vice president for Piper Jaffray, a regional investment banking firm. His experience in corporate finance services includes mergers and acquisitions representation, public underwriting and private placement of debt and equity securities, and leveraged buyout strategies and financing. Lynner also has extensive experience in securities law, having practiced both in private practice and as securities counsel for Norwest Mortgage.
