NACEL Energy Corp., a developer of wind projects, has appointed Timothy Simons to its board of directors. In addition, Terry Pilling has been named the company's new chief operating officer (COO).
Simons is founder and chairman of Crownbutte Wind Power Inc. Pilling is Crownbutte's executive vice president. NACEL acquired a large stake in Crownbutte in January.
