Wausaukee Composites, a company that makes components for wind turbines, has closed down its manufacturing facility in Cuba City, Wis.

According to a report in the Wisconsin State Journal, 33 employees lost their jobs Friday and three other employees are moving to the company's headquarters in Wausaukee. President and CEO Edward Trueman explained that the Cuba City factory had lost its primary customer, and he also said policy uncertainty and a decline in wind power investments played in a part in the plant's closure.
