MacNeil advises clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors on project development, project financing, and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular concentration on renewable energy.
A frequent speaker on renewable energy issues, MacNeil previously served as counsel for Chadbourne. His clients include developers, sponsors, lenders and investors involved in an array of renewable and non-renewable energy project developments, financings and acquisitions.
