The Washington, D.C., office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP has added Elias B. Hinckley as a partner in the energy practice. He joins from Sullivan & Worcester LLP, where he led the firm’s energy group, and is accompanied in his move by counsel James R. Wrathall.
Hinckley advises clients on energy financing and transaction structures, including tax equity financing and project finance, with a focus on clean energy. He represents companies across industries such as public utilities, banking, private equity, real estate, engineering, construction, manufacturing and alternative energy.
