juwi AG has named Marcus Jentsch as its new chief financial officer (CFO), effective in February.
According to juwi, Jentsch previously led the finance and investor relations department of MVV Energie AG since 2010 and was instrumental in MVV's 50.1% acquisition of juwi.
Jentsch has more than 20 years of working experience in the financial and energy industry. The founders of juwi, Fred Jung and Matthias Willenbacher, will continue to be members of the company's executive board.
