Hansen Transmissions International, a global gearbox designer, manufacturer and supplier, has appointed Hans Ooms as director of investor relations.
Ooms has experience in investor relations and finance. His role will be to enhance the investor communications function at Hansen and support the management team with his valuable listed-company experience.
‘Hans brings a wealth of investor relations and financial experience to Hansen and will be a valuable new member of the team,’ says Alex De Ryck, chief financial officer of Hansen. ‘Hansen is committed to offering best practice investor communications and shareholder value, and Hans will help us achieve this objective.’
Prior to joining Hansen, Ooms was director of finance at Royal Properties. He will divide his time between Hansen's headquarters in Belgium and London.
