Wilson brings more than 30 years of education-, engineering- and sustainability-focused experience to the position. Before joining Ecotech Institute, he was the program director for clean energy technology at Front Range Community College in Fort Collins, Colo. In addition to developing the associate's degree in clean energy technology, Wilson taught several of the classes, including energy and manufacturing, AC/DC, statistical process control and digital devices.
Ecotech Institute, which is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools, is launching several degree programs and one certificate program, which provides graduates with skills to work in the renewable energy field. These degrees include associates of applied science in renewable energy technology and wind energy technology.
