GL Garrad Hassan has released an updated version of its Online Data Management (ODM) service, with the addition of a new client-support tool and enhanced alerting system.
The ODM service identifies problems that arise with installed equipment at project sites, enabling users to quickly resolve issues. The enhanced ODM alerting system continually monitors automated data processing and tests for inconsistencies, errors, and missing and corrupt data, as well as enables users to have ‘improved centralized visibility’ of all measurements.
With the new support tool, ODM users will be able to track the full history of all communication with GL Garrad Hassan's ODM team, ensuring direct and personalized service, the company adds.
