Plotkin's experience includes geotechnical consulting, design and construction oversight services for commercial, industrial and municipal projects across the U.S. and internationally in the Middle East and Bolivia. In addition to being a licensed professional engineer in Michigan, he has been actively involved in the American Society of Civil Engineers and Associated Soil and Foundation Engineers. In related news, Geopier's Gerry Kehler has moved from the company's Alabama office to its Texas location. He has worked as a regional engineer for Geopier Alabama for four years.
