Escondido, Calif.-based enXco, a subsidiary of EDF Energies Nouvelles, has appointed Deborah Gronvold executive vice president for implementation and generation. In addition, Paul Kaufman has been appointed executive vice president for transactions.
Gronvold brings more than 20 years of experience in the energy sector. Her most recent experience was as vice president and treasurer at Iberdrola Renewables.
Kaufman joined enXco in July 2008 as vice president and general counsel, serving in the senior management group since that time. He brings 25 years of experience in the energy business to the company's wind and solar business units, and power marketing group.
