Andrea J. Chambers has joined law firm Ballard Spahr's Washington, D.C., office as a partner in the Energy and Project Finance Group.
Chambers has more than 20 years of experience in the natural gas and electric industries. She advises energy industry clients nationwide on policy, regulatory and compliance matters and represents them before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
