Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.-based Energy Composites Corp. (ECC) has appointed Adrian Williams as permanent head of the company's WindFiber division. WindFiber is the strategic umbrella under which ECC carries out its wind-related innovation, engineering, customer proposition, production and services planning, and logistics activities to drive value for the sector.

Williams has over 15 years' experience in working with blade technology. He led the development of SP Systems' wind business from its inception. More recently, he was head of Gurit's wind division.
