Renewable energy company EDF Energies Nouvelles has signed a new contract with General Electric Wind covering the supply of 200 turbines with 300 MW in capacity.
The 1.5 MW wind turbines are due to be delivered in 2009. They are intended for the construction of projects in the U.S., where enXco, the U.S. subsidiary of EDF Energies Nouvelles, is located.
