DONG Energy's board of directors has appointed Henrik Poulsen as the company's new CEO. Poulsen joins DONG Energy from TDC A/S, where he is currently CEO. He will take up his new role beginning no later than Nov. 1.
DONG Energy's chief financial officer, Carsten Krogsgaard Thomsen, was appointed as the company's acting CEO on March 12 and will continue in that role until Poulsen assumes his new role.
