Nason succeeds Alex Urquhart, who is retiring after a 32-year GE career that included 10 years building up GE Energy Financial Services. GE says Nason joined the company in 2010 and has more than 15 years of financial services and regulatory experience. Prior to joining GE, he served as managing director at Promontory Financial Group and as the assistant secretary for Financial Institutions at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
