Windsor, Ontario-based tower manufacturer CS Wind, a subsidiary of Vietnam-based CS Wind Corp., is temporarily closing operations for six weeks due to a lack of orders.
According to the Windsor Star, the closure will affect all 345 employees working at the site.
According to its website, CS Wind Canada was established for the North American market in 2012. Company production facilities in Vietnam, China and Canada can produce up to 2,300 wind towers annually.
