Baltimore-based Constellation Energy has appointed Mary L. Lauria chief talent officer, effective immediately. In this role, Lauria is responsible for leading the company's learning and organizational development team, with overall responsibility for executive development programs that span the company. She reports to Shon J. Manasco, the company's senior vice president and chief human resources officer.
Prior to joining Constellation Energy, Lauria was vice president of talent management and leadership development for Wyeth. She also held senior roles within Johnson & Johnson in talent acquisition and leadership.
