Renewable energy lawyer Alan Cohen has joined law firm Stahl, Bernal, Davies, Sewell & Chavarria as senior attorney.
According to the law firm, Cohen's renewable energy practice focuses on advising clients developing and operating wind and solar projects throughout the U.S. His experience includes drafting and negotiating land control documents; guiding projects through title and survey review; and drafting and negotiating engineering, procurement and construction agreements.
Cohen, licensed to practice law in Texas and Louisiana, obtained his law degree from the Louisiana State University Law Center and his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
