Linda Chambers has resigned as president, CEO and director of wind energy developer EarthFirst Canada Inc. The board of directors of EarthFirst thanks Chambers for her contributions to the company.
The company's board of directors has appointed Brian Trypka as chief restructuring officer in place of Chambers. Trypka's appointment is subject to receipt of approval from the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, whose approval EarthFirst intends to seek within the next several days.
