Broadwind Energy Inc. has appointed Mark T. Skeen vice president of technical services. He will lead the company's wind service technician teams, delivering field troubleshooting and repair, as well as execution of site operations and maintenance contracts. Skeen will report to Paul Seppanen, president of Broadwind's energy maintenance service subsidiary.
Skeen has worked at NextEra Energy/Florida Power &Light Co. for the last 12 years, most recently as general manager of wind turbine operations in Texas and Oklahoma.
