Ladhabhoy and Krahulik will join the firm's Palo Alto, Calif., office in June and July, respectively, reporting to Chet Bozdog, global head of technology for corporate and investment banking. They will be responsible for growing the firm's coverage of companies across the cleantech sector globally.
Krahulik will join BAML from Deutsche Bank Securities, where he served for four years, most recently leading cleantech investment banking. Earlier in his career, Krahulik spent seven years in the global technology group at Lehman Brothers.
Ladhabhoy also will join the company from Deutsche Bank Securities, where he spent more than five years in the technology investment banking group, most recently as a director. Previously, he spent four years as an associate at Cooley Godward LLP.
