Woburn, Mass.-based Azima Holdings Inc., a provider of condition monitoring services, has acquired Washington-based DLI Engineering, a vibration-based condition analysis provider.
The combined strengths of Azima DLI will benefit its customers with one-stop shopping for all their condition-monitoring needs, according to the company.
