AWS Truepower, a renewable energy consulting company, has announced that Bruce Bailey, CEO and outgoing president, will hand over the role of president to Michael C. Brower, chief technical officer (CTO). Bailey will focus on his CEO role.
‘It is with great pleasure I announce Michael's new role as company president,’ says Bailey. ‘With AWS Truepower expanding in four continents, we need dedicated leadership in both operations and strategy. I look forward to working with Michael as I place more personal focus on outwardly representing the company, building strategy and strategic relationships, and pursuing new business.’
As president, Brower will assume responsibility for the operation of the company. He will manage the senior management team, the day-to-day business and ensure that established company-wide objectives are achieved. For the time being, Brower will continue in his present roles as AWS Truepower's CTO and director of the information services business unit. He has been partner and owner of the company for the past 15 years.
