David Ames, CEO and president of Xethanol Corp., a renewable energy company, has joined the CEO Council of the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE), a nonprofit organization that promotes renewable energy options, including wind, solar, waste-to-energy and biofuels. ACORE deals with markets, finance and policy and organizes major events that bring together the renewable energy community.
