AmeriChip International Inc., a manufacturer of dry machining parts for industries including wind, large truck and heavy equipment, has appointed Kenneth Mann president of AmeriChip Canada Inc. Mann will also join the compensation committee.
Mann has experience in senior management positions in manufacturing, distribution, transportation, consumer goods and information technology. Recently, he has garnered experience as an information technology account executive, recruiter and manager for several Toronto-based human resources firms.
‘With over 30 years' experience in information technology for major Canadian corporations, such as Canadian Pacific Rail, Standard Brands, Wabasso and Crane OE Canon Inc., Ken brings a wealth of business experience to AmeriChip,’ says Marc Walther, president and CEO of AmeriChip. ‘Ken has been given a mandate to assist me in securing Canadian acquisitions that present synergy with AmeriChip's business model.’
