AlsoEnergy, a provider of renewable energy monitoring and portfolio management software, says its PowerTrack software is available as an app for iOS, Android and soon, Blackberry devices.
PowerTrack is AlsoEnergy's real-time energy-monitoring software that is designed to allow users to integrate energy consumption and production data from renewable energy sites with cost and performance metrics. The cloud-based application provides a monitoring and measurement software for energy devices to determine profitability and asset management.
The new app is compatible with both tablets and smartphones and creates a complete monitoring solution for remote access, onsite visits and the out-of-area management of multiple sites, the company explains. The app provides on-site teams the ability to access tracking data such as alerts, power output, production charts and video from any location on virtually any app-enabled mobile device, AlsoEnergy adds.
The app is available in the Android Marketplace as Power Droid and in the iTunes App Store as PowerTrack Mobile. A Blackberry app is in development.
