Tehachapi, Calif.-based Airstreams Renewables Inc. has hired Grant Johnston as its vice president of sales and placement. In his new role, Johnston will assist with the job placement of student graduates of Airstreams' accelerated wind technician program.
Grant comes to Airstreams with an extensive sales background, having worked for organizations such as the Wood Group Renewable Energy Services and RGB USA Inc .
In addition, Jeff Peacon has been appointed director of project development, focused on marketing efforts to help increase market penetration through the enhancement of current offerings and identifying new opportunities.
