3TIER says that the company's founder and CEO, Kenneth Westrick, will step down from his day-to-day leadership position at the company, although he will remain chairman of 3TIER's board of directors.
Westrick was also recently elected to the board of directors of the American Council on Renewable Energy and intends to become more active in the development of strategies to drive global adoption of renewable energy.
Westrick will continue as CEO while 3TIER conducts an executive search for his replacement. He will also continue to represent 3TIER at key industry gatherings and associations, the company adds.
