WindPower Innovations, a wind power infrastructure and smart grid solutions company, has been selected by GWS Technologies Inc. to provide equipment and services for GWS Technologies' Colorado Plateau Wind Energy I, a 1,500-acre commercial wind farm under development northeast of Flagstaff, Ariz.
In addition to WindPower Innovations' grid-tie inverter solutions and turbines, the company will bring a range of services to the project, including access to its heavy lift facility, crane services, construction and ongoing turbine maintenance.
