Madison, Wis.-based RMT Inc., a developer of wind energy projects, has chosen Menlo Park, Calif.-based Skire Inc.'s Unifier platform for RMT's end-to-end construction services project management platform.
The Unifier platform will enable RMT to integrate all aspects of construction project management with best practices to help ensure management consistency, visibility and process optimization across all of its client projects.
RMT plans to use Unifier for comprehensive capital program and project management capabilities, ranging from estimating, bidding and procurement, to supporting all construction work through project closeout.
The Unifier platform provides the structure for consistent project management across the company, and enables RMT to provide access to critical estimating and accounting data for each project in one centralized place.
In addition, RMT expects to leverage historical data and current project information in combination with Six Sigma practices to continuously streamline processes and optimize efficiency.
