Seattle-based Wild Brush Energy and European wind site developer Energoconsult Ltd. have established a cooperative agreement toward the future development of a commercial-scale wind farm of up to 120 MW.
Energoconsult has the necessary equipment, specialists, experience and professionalism to research the opportunities for utilizing wind energy in prospective areas, according to Wild Brush Energy.
The Wild Brush Energy wind project is expected to cost an estimated $270 million. Once completed, this project is expected to supply about 290,000 MWh of electricity annually. Total gross electric sales over a 20-year period are estimated at over $800 million for a project this size, the company says.
