Westwood Professional Services Inc., a national land and energy development consultancy, has relocated from its Portland, Ore., office into the Lakeside Center in Tualatin, Ore.

Robert Gonzalez, senior project manager, has been assigned to lead local operations. The office leader position was previously held by Rick Haglund, Westwood's director of energy business development, who has relocated to the company's corporate office in Minnesota.

Gonzalez has worked with Westwood since February. As senior project manager, he is responsible for management of the planning, engineering and design of utility-scale wind farms and other projects in the western U.S., as well as building client relationships in the northwest region.

Gonzalez's previous land-sector engineering experience includes the Oregon State Hospital Replacement Project and the Oregon National Primate Research Center expansion.
