Vestas says it has won a 180 MW order in Brazil from an unidentified customer.
The contract calls for the supply and installation of 90 of Vestas' V110-2.0 MW wind turbines. The deal also includes a two-year Active Output Management 4000 service agreement, followed by an eight-year customized service agreement.
Delivery of the wind turbines is planned for the second quarter of 2016, and commissioning is expected in the periods thereafter.
