Vestas says it will supply 17 of its V100-2.0 MW wind turbines to ERG Renew SpA for the Palazzo San Gervasio wind farm in Basilicata, Italy.
The contract includes the installation and commissioning of the turbines, as well as a VestasOnline Business SCADA system.
Delivery of the turbines is expected to start in the second half of this year, and the project is scheduled to begin by the end of the year.
