Western Wind Energy has announced that turbines are currently being erected at its Kingman and Windstar sites. At the Kingman site in Arizona, four out of five towers have been erected, with the first installed nacelle completed last week. Mechanical completion of the turbines is expected by the end of this month.
At the Windstar site in California, turbines began arriving last week. Installation of the first tower occurred last week, and turbine installations are expected to be completed by the end of September, according to the company.
